Corporate, Residential and Government Shredding Services:

• Regularly Scheduled Shredding Service:  Clients are provided with secured containers at no additional charge, which are serviced at your location on a recurring scheduled basis – no need to call us when the container is full!

• One-time Purge Shredding Service:  Moving?  Need to clean out old documents on an annual basis?  No matter what volume of paper or material you need destroyed PROSHRED® will come to your office or home to shred your archived files.

• Residential and Drop-Off Shredding Service:  Only have a small amount of material?  Smaller volumes of paper can be delivered to our office during business hours where your documents will be professionally shredded at an affordable price.

Hard Drive Destruction, Media and Product Shredding Services:

• Hard Drive Destruction:  In addition to shredding your confidential documents and electronic media, PROSHRED® provides hard drive destruction services for end-of-life-cycle computers. 
  
  
• Computer Media and Product Destruction:  PROSHRED® state-of-the-art shredding trucks also destroy products, such as: backup tapes, disks, pill bottles, product packaging, and many other forms of standard and proprietary materials.

PROSHRED® Chicago Pricing:  Cost Effective and Easy to Understand

Up to 25% cheaper than in-house shredding:  Shredding with PROSHRED®  can be up to 25% cheaper than doing the work yourself. Those savings come from personnel time saved by not having to stand in front of the shredder, feeding a few sheets of paper at a time into the machine, after having removed all the paper clips, staples, etc. You also save on shredder machine purchases, repair and replacement! Call or request an estimate and we will walk you through the numbers.

Flat fee per container pricing:  We charge a flat fee per container whether it's a regularly scheduled paper shredding service or a one-time purge. We do not charge by the pound (no worrying about the accuracy of the scale), by the minute (no worrying about the clock being run up), or by the box (no worrying about paying to shred air in a half-empty box).

No hidden charges:  No hidden fees such as fuel surcharges.

No contracts:  We do not require binding, long-term contracts. If we don't have your trust, we should not have your business!
