The initial investment and ongoing fees required for franchise operations with PROSHRED® are set out in further detail in the company's Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which is provided to qualified candidates during the Discovery Day process. The initial investment and ongoing fees include:

Initial Investment Range: $374,500 - $499,500 USD per territory

• Franchisee Fee: $35,000 USD per territory
• Royalties: 6.5%
• Information Technology Support: 1.5%
• National Advertising Fund: 1% - 3%
