St. Louis Drop-Off Shredding

PROSHRED® St. Louis specializes in shredding documents for business and government organizations. However, we do offer extended services to residential clients. If you have confidential and sensitive information that you would like completely destroyed, you can come to our location and drop off any amount of material to be shredded.

Drop-off shredding is available at our Overland location from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Protect Personal Information with Residential Shredding Services

Since PROSHRED® St. Louis is an on-site document destruction company, we do most of our shredding with our state-of-the-art shredding trucks, which we drive straight to the customer’s location for shredding. There, the customer can watch as we load the documents into the mobile shredding truck and view the process through a closed-circuit monitor on the truck.

However, since there is a minimum amount of documents required for an on-site shredding service, we can only come to a residential location if there is a large amount of documents to be shredded. This is ideal for residential clients who are cleaning out a home office of unneeded paperwork or are working to get rid of old documents that have been stored away. For most residential customers who only have a small amount of papers to destroy, it will be easier and more cost-efficient for those clients to come to our facilities for drop-off shredding.

How Our Secure Drop-Off Shredding Works

The process of drop-off shredding is quick and convenient. Simply drive up to our location and bring your documents inside! We will handle all of your documents with the same sensitivity and confidentiality as we do when we shred on-site. For maximum security, all papers will be kept in locked, secure containers and shred the same day as they are dropped off.

To help residential customers keep their documents secure between drop-offs, we provide Residential Information Security Containers (RISCs) that are central to any personal or home-office shredding program. RISC boxes act as a convenient central repository labeled with useful information about shredding residential and home office materials. By having a single designated location to collect and keep confidential papers ready for disposal, individuals immediately start to maintain a system for ensuring their security. RISC boxes are available at our PROSHRED® St. Louis office.
