PROSHRED® Security Investment

The initial investment and ongoing franchise fees are set out in further detail in the company’s Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) which is provided to qualified candidates during the Discovery Day process. The Discovery Day process occurs once qualified applicants have submitted an online application form and are interested in learning more about joining the PROSHRED® Security franchise system. Potential candidates will travel to the National Support Center (NSC) located in Toronto, Canada to explore in great detail what is involved when joining the PROSHRED® franchise.

A Snapshot of Our Industry:

  • Businesses are legally responsible for proper document destruction as per legislation
  • Franchise territory is based on businesses with 10 or more employees in a metro market
  • 30+ markets currently franchised
  • We service small to medium sized organizations
  • Revenue percentages:
    • On-going service revenue: 50%
    • Purge (one-time) service revenue: 30%
    • Recycled revenue: 20%
  • Hard drive destruction and scanning services are also provided through PROSHRED®
     

PROSHRED® Security Franchisee Investment and Profile:

  • Franchise Fee starting at $35K (depending on the market)
  • Total PROSHRED® investment between $435K - $800K
  • VETFRAN discount 

Franchise Location and Initial Staffing

  • Small office (with parking), typically a warehouse space with around 1,500 square feet
  • One CSP (customer service professional), one front office administrator and inside sales representative (often times the inside sales role will take on the position of administrator as well)
