I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Our Law Offices will never use another service. We are scheduled for a monthly pick up service. I normally call about once every couple of month to schedule an extra pickup. It is a spur of the moment thing when we close cases and need to destroy the documents. I always get next day service when I have to schedule an extra pick up. The people that come to the office are always courtesy, clean and professional. Proshred has the nicest people working for them. I really like Patti and Michael. Thanks for being accommodating. Great Customer services still does exist. read less

I called a well known competitor who wanted to charge me more than double the first bin cost and more than double each bin after that. I was thinking only 2 bins when I set up the appointment but we ended up with 6 but no problem. They came up dumped everything into the bins and took it down themselves as well. We did not have to bring anything down to the truck. They gave us an 11:30 to 1:30 appt time and were there about noon. Also, I went online within minutes and requested calls for information with ProShred and the competitor. It took the competitor two days to call me back. ProShred called within minutes. Time wasting is one of my biggest issues and they certainly did not do that. read less
