Drop Off Shredding Service

PROSHRED® Richmond offers extended services to residential clients for drop-off shredding. If you have confidential documents that you would like completely destroyed, you can come to our location and we will securely destroy them. It will be easier and more cost-efficient for our residential clients, with small amounts of paper and hard drives, to come to our drop-off shredding location at our facilities.

Please note that as part of this no-contact drop-off service, you're required to unload and place all of your documents into our locked containers.

Drop-Off Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:00 am – 3:00 pm | $25/first box, $5/additional boxes | We accept credit cards only

No Contact Shredding Guidelines:

Bring your documents in file boxes or equivalent.

  • Ring the doorbell (please have your credit card handy)
  • There will be a locked container for you to place your documents in. (Our containers are locked and kept in our secure warehouse until the contents are shredded at the end of the day).
  • After you put your documents in the container, please return to your vehicle
  • We will complete your paperwork, process payment, and return your credit card with your receipt at your car.

NOTE: If you would like to drop off the records to be shredded later that day we can have our drivers shred the records when they return from their route. This type of service is not NAID certified.

Shred Documents the Same Way as a Large Business Does

If you have a large quantity of documents and not able to bring them to our office, you can schedule one of our state-of the art shred trucks to come to your home and shred them on site.  Call us for rates and schedules.
