Coming from the New York area you just can't trust anyone with your private information. Especially these days that you have all this identify thief going on! You just don't know who to trust. Well I went to this office with an attitude just trying to find something thing for me to say. Forget about it! To my surprise the staff was friendly walked me though the process. Even aloud me to go in the back room and watch my personal belongings being shredded. I was so relieved!!!! I could go home and sleep well! They have a customer out of me for life. All paper is shredded on site so that we know that none of our clients information leaves our office. We can call them at any time for an early pickup and we only pay the regular low fee. read less

After living in my home for 40+ years, and accumulating paper from my parents, my stuff throughout the years, and then realizing what am I going to do with it on my upcoming move, I hired ProShred. I had a full bin (10 boxes of files) that ProShred took, and had me watch on camera as it was being shredded. what a relief to know my papers were safe from prying eyes and just to have the peace of mind was fantastic.
