We set up an appointment for drop-off with Steve. He was very accomodating, professional and courteous. When he noticed my husband’s military hat, he went out of his way to assist while still being socially distant. The documents were extremely sensitive due to the nature of my husband’s business. They came early and left only when their truck was full. The truck operator was professional, patient and pleasant to our town residents. I was moving and had a large quantity of documents that needed to be shredded. I called and made an appointment for drop-off. They were ready and waiting when I arrived, helped me unload the papers from my car and put the empty boxes back in the car for me. I was in and out in a few minutes.
