When I called I found out my reservation was lost and they could not accommodate me on Saturday the 13th. I called Proshred and Simone said she would check and get back to me in 30 minutes. I was very happy to hear that we had a truck for Saturday. Saturday came the truck arrived early and the driver was Fantastic.
