This was only our second time using ProShred, but it was... read moreI wanted to make you aware of the outstanding service we received today. This was only our second time using ProShred, but it was our first encounter with Andrew. We found him to be very pleasant and efficient. I had estimated we were going to have approx.. 3 bins of documents to shred based on how our last visit went. We ended up only having two bins because Andrew was very conscious as to making sure there were no voids in the bin. The amount of time he was here was no longer than the previous encounter the only difference was, it was evident that he cared. I greatly appreciated this and felt it was worth my time to make it known. Thank you! read less
