Robert, from ProShred, arrived to complete the job. I first want to say that it was extraordinarily, miserably hot outside with no escape from the sun. All three storage units were completely full from top to bottom of boxed documents that needed to be unboxed and shredded, and honestly, I was a little discouraged and thought that it would be impossible to get all of the documents shredded in one day. Robert proved me wrong. Robert moved like a machine, keeping the same momentum from start to finish. I could tell that Robert took pride in his work because he was unloading boxes, filling bins and tossing empty boxes in a rhythm without letting papers fly all over the place and keeping empty boxes in a reasonably neat pile. To ensure that the job was completed timely, Robert surveyed the two remaining units and took the initiative on his own to call for a second ProShred truck - so that efforts could be joined and everyone could get home at a decent time. The second gentleman arrived and was just as polite, friendly and efficient. Neither gentleman stood around and wasted any time at all. The only time they stopped moving was when they were done. Charles was definitely "in charge" from the moment he parked the truck. He handled everything, was great with the people who dropped by, and left his spot as clean as he found it. Very professional and required very little of me which was quite refreshing. Several people who missed the time window asked when we were going to do it again.
