They were able to fit me into the schedule and come out and collect all of the hard drives that we accumulated over the years that were no longer needed and had to be destroyed. They came onsite, were friendly, professional and efficient with getting everything out and getting it shredded.In-between the initial call and them showing up, we ended up actually adding additional drives (25% more) and we let them know and they were still able to make the appointment and take the additional drives and get us squared away. read less
