Secure Shredding Bins

In order to keep old documents out of the way while also securing them from prying eyes, PROSHRED® Raleigh provides our customers with a variety of secure bins and console products. After these containers have been filled, our certified shredding technicians will come to your location with one of our shredding trucks and properly dispose of your old files with our on-site shredding process.

Our friendly staff members will show you how to use and handle your shredding bins when we set up a customized service plan that suits your unique needs. Our simple process will increase your office’s efficiency and decrease the risk of a data breach.

 

Executive Consoles

When you sign up for our on-going shredding service, the technicians at PROSHRED® Raleigh will install a number of secure executive consoles at your location at no additional charge to you. We will strategically place these throughout your workspace for the convenience of all of your staff.

These executive consoles are so easy to use! If your documents have paper clips, staples, metal, or other bound materials, you don’t need to worry about separating anything. Simply place all of your items in the executive consoles and let PROSHRED® Raleigh handle the rest.

Our executive-level security consoles can house a much higher volume than most in the industry. This saves you money by allowing for more shredding during a service call.

High-Volume Rolling Bins

For high-volume areas like copy rooms, mail rooms, and warehouses, PROSHRED® Raleigh provides you with high-volume rolling bins to accommodate the increase in materials. These bins are made out of durable plastic and have wheels for easy handling. Our high-volume rolling bins are available in 65-gallon and 95-gallon sizes. For maximum security, these containers feature a padlocking system that allow them to stay in one spot once they’ve been put into place.

Place your old documents in our high-volume rolling bins and forget them! The certified technicians at PROSHRED® Raleigh will be able to determine the best locations to place your bins. We can also install a mixture of various consoles and carts for maximum efficiency.

Personal Desk-Side Containers (PDCs)

Our PDCs can function both inside and out of your building. Is your office working under a document destruction policy? A personal desk-side container conveniently fits under workspaces as well as in high-traffic areas. These containers lock into place and allow for fast and easy disposal, so that your work day can go uninterrupted.

If your business is in need of a large-scale purges, PROSHRED® Raleigh can make the purge much easier by performing the shredding in a safe and secure setting at our gated facility. PROSHRED® Raleigh will provide large Gaylord boxes and pallets for your business. These containers are sturdy, and will successfully hold all of your weighted materials.
