My first visit could have been rough, but Bob and the crew there made everything so worthwhile. Showed up one day and they had an Internet outage, and we’re closed. But, I left a message, Bob called me back and promised me to make it right. And he did! Went above and beyond to help me get my shredding project done efficiently and at a great cost. I've used this Proshred once a year several years for my company to do our annual purge of old documents. They are great and easy to work with! They brought a truck to our office to shred about 2 dozen boxes of filing at once. At every stage it is quick and painless, and the price is reasonable. I do recommend having your documents in boxes. I plan to keep working with them!

Used ProShred for shredding piles of personal paper and made couple of trips to the location. On both occasions Marcus helped me. His professionalism and pleasant attitude embodied Customer Service. He rolled out the bin, we emptied out the bags, boxes and he would take it in for shredding. Made it all simple and easy.Love the drop off service and would highly recommend them.

Proshred did a great job for me. I asked for service at my home and they sent a truck. Service was very quick. The filled up a container with my papers, rolled it to truck and I was able to watch a camera feed while the machine shred all my papers. Very cool. Darrien was the technician and he was very nice and knew what he was doing. It was nice to work with a Pro like Darrien.

Convenient location. $10 per banker's box full of paper. Price seems fair to me. However, the lady that helped me was rushed and unfriendly and promised to send the destruction certificate once the printer was working again, but didn't. I don't like it when people don't follow through. Have used them twice in a year and I recommend them.

What a great service! They scheduled a two hour window, called the day before to confirm it, called when they were on their way and arrived 10 minutes later. The shredding was quick and easy. The tech they sent was SO nice! Courteous, efficient, helpful and accommodating. In fact he was so great I wrote this to the company, “I just wanted to let you know I was DELIGHTED by the service tech you sent to do my shredding. If there were more people like him in the world it would be a better place. A way way way better place. We have used Proshred services for more than 10 years. Recently we had a need to purge about 10 years of documents from our offsite storage location. They made the process easy via emails not wasting my time on the phone to get it set up. Made suggestions that would save us time and money. Discounted the extra service without making us ask or check other options to get all the archives shredded. The driver was simply AWESOME. He called to ask if he could arrive early and then assisted us with the process of emptying boxes into their containers to load them into the shred truck. He shredded 18 containers of paper onsite in a very reasonable amount of time without a single complaint or losing his smile. He was professional and polite as everyone I have dealt with from the Company. We can't thank him enough for his help as we worked him very hard that day!
