Today, Tuesday, 1/10/23, at 2:00 PM, I went to Pro Shred located in Elmsford to drop off two bags of papers. I was not aware that they did not accept cash or Apple Pay.

I am a first time customer, so I did not know the payment method. Met with Lamont, who explained they did not accept cash, however, he did look into the Apple Pay. This is when I met with Steven, who, like Lamont, spoke in a friendly and professional manner. Steven explained an alternative way, which I’d gladly accepted. Overall, the friendly and professional service I received from Steven in Lamont was exceptional. Thank you very much!

I was shopping for prices there is only 2 companies that will do it Proshred and Urban Technologies but Urban Technologies does not let you witness the shredding you just drop them and they take care of it. They were a tiny bit cheaper but peace of mind was truly important to me so I went with PROSHRED. My appointment was schedule for 2 pm. I arrive 20 minutes earlier and met Terry Dana the branch manager a great manager not only he took me right away but he show me every hard drive being shredded, his kindness and concern were most welcome, and the entire staff is amazing Cindy Able on the phone and the other Cindy at the desk. Also they truly care about their customers because a gentleman came in while I was paying my bill and they ask him to stay outside for a few minutes till I was finish we are living in the Covid Era.
