We provide containers at no cost for you and your employees to securely store files before they can be shredded.
When shred day comes, one of our trained customer service professionals will pick up the secure containers and empty the contents into an industrial shredding machine located inside of the mobile shredding truck. This is done with the use of a mechanical arm; your documents are never touched by human hands again after they are placed inside a security console.
At the end of your Concord mobile shredding service, the shredded documents will be taken to a partner recycling facility where they will be 100% recycled. You’ll also be provided with a Certificate of Destruction, a document that details what date and time the shredding service occurred as well as other pertinent information for your records.

We delayed the process for more than a year due to COVID but ultimately PROSHRED came through.
Angel drove a van up to my office, helped load all the documents and even went beyond her responsibilities to assist me in getting rid of paper in 3 ring binders. It took less than 30 min and a job that had taken a year to prepare for was done!
