The communication and service was top notch -- they made it incredibly easy to schedule a truck to come to my house and the shredding visit itself took less than 10 minutes. PROSHRED has a minimum flat rate for 10 boxes which is very reasonable for the convenience of seeing your papers shredded right in front of you without having to drive somewhere to drop off boxes or sit in front of your personal home shredder for hours at a time. Within an hour of submitting a request for a quote I got a call and email back from PROSHRED and had the service visit scheduled easily for a date/time that worked for me. They don't do weekend visits to where I live but gave me a 3 hour window on a weekday and showed up right within that time period. Thanks for the fast, friendly and efficient service! read less

I had some boxes of old business papers that needed shredding and didn't want to throw out. Shredding a few at a time would take like a year! I called and Angel confirmed someone would be there (because I drove out from Tracy). I showed up and 7 bankers boxes got dumped into a bin faster than I could break down the boxes for recycling! There's a recycling bin near by for cardboard boxes too. Michael unloaded for me so I didn't even have to lift anything. The cost was extremely reasonable! Very friendly service. I was totally stressed about how to shred all this confidential info and how long it would take to do so!! I decided to look up shredding companies and as a fluke came across Pro SHRED.. THANKS GOD I did... they came to my house let me watch the shredding process, sent me a invoice and document confirming the shred.. I worked with Angel and her names fits she was an angel!! I LOVED this company. Everyone has been super friendly courteous prompt and easy to deal with! If everything in life could go as smoothly!! I eventually got through my files and took a large box of documents to their local office on West Las Positas for destruction. Office location was easy to find, folks inside were VERY friendly and assured us of all the protocol that they go through to protect the contents of the shred. I was very pleased at such a reasonable price too! I would absolutely do all future office document destruction with only ProShred. Thank you for a great experience. We will be back!! read less

I pull up to the back where I figured I'd have to anyway and see a gentleman getting into his van. I pull up and ask if this is where the drop off to shred is. He cheerfully climbed out of his van, greets me and introduces himself. Mike was cool, gave me a price on my 5 boxes, helped me dump them into the bin, made them go away, swiped my card and I was on my way. Seriously, what more do you need? Well done Mike. read less

The driver was courteous and efficient. I even got to watch the monitor as the machine shredded all my papers. Will not hesitate to use them again!! read less
